Peter is the company Managing Director, Registered Building Practitioner (WA) and a trade qualified carpenter with more than 15 years of industry experience. Peter has a deep understanding of the home building and commercial fitout business and has delivered well-renowned projects across Western Australia. Peter is accountable and responsible for company’s construction, and fitout, operations, marketing, and long-term business strategy. In Peter’s capacity he has been managing company’s financial and operating functions which includes but not limited to financial reporting, strategic market risk and opportunity analysis. Peter prides himself by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and high-quality workmanship

Peter is the company Director, General Manager, and a trade qualified carpenter with more than 40 years of industry experience. Peter is responsible for directing the business finance effort and provides strategic oversight for large projects and structured purchases. Since the inception of the family business, Peter has played a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s finance, operations, sales, and marketing divisions. He is a member of company’s advisory committee for overall strategy and participates in the management of day-to-day operations; ensuring the business have the resources, systems and processes needed to execute projects. Among his initiatives as General Manager, Peter oversees the company’s focus on enhancing its solutions for the broader clientele, advancing its industry leadership, and developing innovative management platforms. Peter has a strong, multi-decade background in construction and operations.

With master’s in construction and Infrastructure Management from Swinburne University Aniket possess over two years’ experience with market leaders in planning and scheduling construction projects to achieve project objectives while complying to quality standards. His core strength lies in liaising with internal and external stakeholders to identify, communicate and track key project milestones to meet critical path using tools such as AutoCAD, Primavera P6, Blue Beam, and MS Office suite. Aniket have proven expertise in working closely with Architects, site supervisors and clients for corrective actions on scope, budget, and time. He has also acquired skills in managing construction activities, monitoring and coordination, and OH&S according to schedule. Additionally, he is a results-driven and innovative team player with significant achievements in continuous improvement and in substantially reducing operational costs.

Joshua is the company Project Manager, Site Supervisor, and a trade qualified carpenter with more than 8 years of industry experience. Joshua is responsible for our construction team and the day-to-day management and coordination of tradespeople, as well as a team of supervisors and suppliers. Joshua is committed and driven by quality and always ensures a smooth construction project delivery by overseeing a dedicated qualified staff. During the professional experience, he has gained practical, hands-on involvement in various constructions tasks and learned to prioritise fulfilling tasks correctly the first time. On a high-level note, Joshua can always maintain a positive and calm outlook during complex project deliverables.
